Custom Synthesis
Custom synthesis is one
of our business focuses. We offer reliable custom
synthesis of various organic compounds, ranging from
gram to kilogram quantity. Our areas of expertise in
synthesis include low-temperature organometallic
reactions, coupling reactions involving palladium
and copper, asymmetric synthesis, and many other
modern organic transformations. Our chemists at ABL
are highly experienced in synthesis of various
amines, substituted pyridines and thiophenes,
boronic acids, and multi-functionalized aromatic and
heteroaromatic compounds. We also have a
demonstrated record of multi-step synthesis of
advanced intermediates, reference standards,
metabolites, analytical standards, new target
compounds, and other complex molecules.
You just send us your
custom synthesis requirements (e.g. compound
structures, amounts). We will have a quote for you
as soon as possible (usually within 24-48 hours).
The quote will include our estimated time for the
synthesis. For certain kilogram-scale projects, we
may need cooperation with one of our partners in
China in order to deliver our services in time.
Contract Research
ABL also provides FTE
scientists to run contract research programs for our
clients. These programs include medicinal chemistry
research (lead identification and optimization),
synthesis of a group of building blocks,
intermediates, and new designed title compounds for
biological tests, scale-up synthesis and development
of synthetic routes to new complex compounds.
